Ordering tailored clothes online can be daunting. At AskOkey, we pride ourselves on making the online bespoke process as seamless and efficient as possible. With only a few simple steps on your end, we will create the most comfortable garments you’ve ever owned whilst looking like a king.
Stage 1: Ordering & Measurements
Ordering with AskOkey is as easy as selecting a garment on our website. You choose the design details and fabric for your jacket, trouser, or shirt. If you are unsure at this stage, you can always request a consultation with our bespoke team.
When ordering, you will be prompted to enter your measurements and posture check. This is an essential step in our tailors creating your garments. You can then review your order and proceed to the checkout.
This marks the beginning of an adventure with AskOkey. By the end of this journey, you’ll be draped in handmade, classically styled bespoke gear. We’ll warn you now, once you’ve experienced true drape cut garments it is impossible to go back!
Stage 2: After Ordering
Once you’ve placed your AskOkey bespoke order, your order manager will contact you on the dashboard.
You will be invited to a video consultation to discuss your order, confirm design, and meet each other. Everything discussed is recorded in your individual specification sheet, making sure our tailors know exactly what you want.
After the video consultation, the master tailors will begin drafting your pattern using your measurements and posture photos. Your order progress will be tracked, making it easier for you to know what’s happening.
Now, whilst your excitement builds, we’ll take care of the rest!
Stage 3: Test-Of-Fit (ToF)
Once our master tailors have drafted your pattern, the team will construct your ToF garment. The ToF is a garment loosely stitched together out of light-weight fabric. The goal is to give us an idea of how well your pattern fits your body, whilst giving you a taste of what’s to come.
The ToF will be shipped to you to try on, then take photos and videos and upload for us to see. We will contact you for a video consultation to discuss your feedback, the proposed changes and prepare a specification sheet for the final garment, capturing any changes made.
You will start to see your vision turn into reality. It’s all imagination until you try on that Test-of-Fit. Once every detail and measurement is confirmed, the tailors will prepare the final garment.
Stage 4: Final Garment Construction
The final garment begins with our master tailor cutting the cloth you have chosen, around your individual pattern. Each piece of your final garment will be put together, with all the details being hand sewn to perfection. This is where the magic happens, and your bespoke garment truly takes shape, literally and figuratively.

Stage 5: Delivery & Aftercare
When the final garment’s quality check has been completed, it will be shipped to your address.
Once it arrives, you will be able to unbox your first bespoke AskOkey garment and try it on. We recommend sending photos and videos to the order manager so they can review the final fit and ensure it is perfect. Any necessary alterations are covered by the AskOkey team.
When you order from AskOkey, you are taken care of for life. We will check in with you to see how the garment is going, and if you need any help or advice on how to style it or maintain it. Our bespoke team is dedicated to assist you anytime, anyplace, and anywhere.
